Electronic Patient Record

If you have an electronic patient record, we are legally obliged to enter data from your current treatment into your electronic patient record (ePA). These are reports on current examinations and therapies that we have carried out on you. These are laboratory findings, but also doctor's letters that we send to your co-treating doctors. We will enter further data from your current treatment for you on request if we have it electronically and it was collected by our practice.

We would also like to inform you that you have the right to object. This is good to know, especially when it comes to particularly sensitive information. In particular, this could be data on mental illnesses, sexually transmitted infections and abortions.

If you do not want this data to be transferred to your electronic patient file, please contact us.
