ABI Measurement

We measure blood pressure in arms and legs. This allows us to recognize whether a circulatory disorder is occurring.

The ankle-brachial index shows us the risk or severity of the disease. It helps us initiate measures accordingly.

This examination is particularly important for people with:

  • Diabetes
  • Smoking
  • Overweight and high blood pressure
  • Elevated cholesterol levels

The measurement is short and painless. We want you to feel comfortable.
