From October 2025, we will be welcoming our trainee doctor, Ms Hausbrand, to our team. Appointments will be allocated by the medical team depending on availability – therefore, patients will not be able to choose their doctor.

Please note that we always require an appointment, even in acute cases. Patients with appointments will be prioritized and treated in a timely manner. This allows us to plan better and minimize your waiting time. If there are no more available slots, please call ahead! Emergency cases will always receive immediate attention.

We can provide a telephone medical certificate for known patients in certain situations. Please call to discuss your health concerns. If you still feel unable to work after the expiration of the medical certificate, schedule an appointment.
MEDICAL QUESTIONS AND LAB RESULTS We cannot answer any medical questions or lab results via email. Please contact us by phone for further information.

We are happy to help you schedule an appointment. Please call us or use our online scheduling service.
Please let us know if it's a brief inquiry or if you'd like to discuss something in more detail. This helps us plan your visit better.
If anything comes up, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We recommend describing your concern over the phone or during online booking. Then we won't need to discuss it at the reception desk.

Prescription Order
Please let us know your wishes for the quarter! So you can keep track and we can better plan our work.
If you are a patient of ours, you can order prescriptions by phone, fax, e-mail or mail. The documents will be ready on the next working day.
Please note our opening hours when picking up the documents.

Electronic Patient Record
We need to transfer data from your current treatment into your electronic patient record (ePA) if you have one. This includes test results and therapy reports we've conducted on you. Laboratory findings and letters to other doctors are included.
We will enter further information upon request, as long as it is available and was collected by our practice.
You have the right of objection. That's important for sensitive information. For example, data related to mental illnesses, sexually transmitted infections or abortions.
